Listen up

StoryCorps asks us to take part in the first National Day of Listening, a fantastic idea if there ever was one. I’ve been talking about the StoryBlogging initiative for so many years now, often urging people to take advantage of holiday gatherings and family meals to listen to the life stories of their elders.

In 2009, I’m hoping to finally make StoryBlogging happen. Until then, I’ll be listening.
