On the back burner

I was at the stove again Saturday afternoon, making lamb rogan josh (see a list of recipes here, and notice the various ways to make this dish) for Erin and our visiting friend, Butch McCarty. This stew is so aromatic and deliciously spicy that I was yearning for a way to capture the smells and tastes and offer them through this blog. Alas, there’s no way yet to transmit those sensations, but perhaps some day there will be a way to smellcast.

Until then, I’ll have to develop my food blogging, which will be the topic of a series of BlogTogether events this summer. We need your help to plan this.
