Mom first

A man I know was bummed today when I told him about the Eric Johnson concert at Cat’s Cradle. “I wish I had known about that,” he said. (He’d put a song by Johnson on a DVD he recently shared with us.) “But I have a two-hour phone call tonight. Every Tuesday night for 14 years I’ve had a phone conversation with my mother.”

How awesome!
