World Cup viewings

I’ve watched all but a couple of the games of the cup, but none left me more disappointed than today’s USA-Czech Republic match, in which the lackluster Americans didn’t run, didn’t trap the ball, didn’t pass worth crap, didn’t shoot and didn’t score. Geez, they were pathetic. My favorite match so far was the Ivory Coast-Argentina game, won by Argentina but really a stellar performance by the Ivorians, who ran, passed, shot, and looked like they wanted to play the game.

Awesome cup so far. Can’t wait for Brazil tomorrow.
