For his part, Anton Zuiker, Liveâ€™s youthful editor in the mid-â€™90s, recalls an interview with Cleveland-born architect Philip Johnson at the latterâ€™s famous glass house in New Canaan, Connecticut, as a highlight of his career. He especially loved the echo of institutional history: His subject was the very same cover boy who graced the magazineâ€™s first issue from behind his signature owlish eyeglasses.
