• Hawaiian duo (ok, at least one of them is Hawaiian, hence the name, Hawaiian for “half”) Hapa in the D.C. metro area Feb 25-27. Read my lament from last year.

• Old Crow Medicine Show at Cat’s Cradle Sat, March 5. This kickin’ bluegrass band is a regular on Prairie Home Companion.
