Travels

Another swirl of activity here in North Carolina: Dad and Dot are visiting (Aaron Hutchins graduates from Duke University with a masters degree in marine management today), and the three of us leave Monday for two weeks in the Dominican Republic so dad can return to Santiago de la Cruz , the village where he served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the 1960s. I graduate tomorrow with my masters degree in medical journalism from UNC-CH. Meanwhile, Erin and I are in the process of buying a house in Durham. We test drove minivans (Honda and Toyota) today. I’m looking for work, and Erin’s getting ready for law school. Anna’s already got a tan from hours at the pool and beach (we were on Tybee Island near Savannah earlier this week), and Malia is happy as can be. Stay tuned.
