Can’t remember how I stumbled upon this site, but boy am I glad I did. I’m always looking for direction in the kitchen, and Chez Pim gives some dynamite recipes here. I happened to leave a comment here, and Pim wrote to me mid-trip in Europe to offer me a bottle of the chilli paste for being her very first commenter. Can’t wait to taste the Nam-prik Pao.
