Thankful

Turkey day every November is certainly a time for thanks, but there’s no other day than today, July 4, on which I’m more grateful for the freedoms I can exercise in this wonderful country. I watched Ken Burns’s documentary on the Statue of Liberty the other night, and I was humbled and inspired at the same time. Of course, this document has the same effect.
