Naughty or nice?

Malcolm Gladwell contributed the New Yorker’s Comment in the Dec 23rd issue, and as he’s apt to do, he offers an intriquing perspective on an everyday topic: the niceness of our politicians, and how that contradicts the rudeness of American society. What do you think?
