While Erin was off to Asheboro for a furniture sale, I took the girls to Hillsborough’s Hog Day in search of a pig or two. Seems what pigs there might have been for kids and mistersugar aficionados to gawk at ended up in the bbq, which was tasty, though eating it out of a styrofoam cup with no slaw or sauce detracted from the experience.

Later, Erin and I got to go out on a good old-fashioned date, a picnic concert at the NC Museum of Art, where Aimee Mann crooned and we cuddled.
