Loneliness

I miss Erin and little Anna so much today that I busied myself with cleaning the house in preparation for their return on Tuesday (and a visit next week from our good friends Erika Rundiks and Kevin Anderson and their daughter Isla). Then, in my office I organized a basket of photographs that have collected over the last year. Among these prints were contact sheets from Ofoto and Shutterfly, two services I use to get prints from my digital images, and these contact sheets have thumbnail images of some of my best pictures of little Anna over the last two and a half years. I remembered reading about a Martha Steward “brag book” project from one of the nicest Chicago photoblogs, Chicago Uncommon. And now I have a tiny accordion album of pictures of my dear Anna and Erin.
